drinks and tea drinks require to be bottled in 85 to 90
degrees for sterilization, which can protect it from
discoloration an oxidization while ordinary PET bottles can
be only filled under relatively low temperature.
"World Bright"-WB-8839 bottle-grade polyester chips are
for hot-filling bottles based on the special performances in
processing and using. The products have such outstanding
properties as low content in heavy metal and in
acetaldehyde, good color value and stable viscosity.
Advanced in its formulation and process, the products, when
being thermoformed in primary bottle-making machines under
general conditions, have high tropism rate, stable
crystallinity and good fluidity with low stress-releasing
rate in the whole bottle, stable thermal contraction rate
and high finished product rate in making bottles.
